Elastin Infusion Therapy

Each application of Elastin Infusion Therapy used at its recommended dose contains the amount of elastin typically lost over a two year period. Dermalastyl Infusion Therapy can turn your skin’s aging clock back up to two years with each treatment.* We are recommending that each treatment be separated by a minimum of 14 to 30 days to allow the formula to be completely cross-linked into healthy new tissue. TBI researched and tested the procedure for maximum effectiveness and results in more than 100 pre-protocol treatments. The Beautiful Image is the unit of choice to create iontophoresis.

Microbiologist Dr. Burt Ensley participating in an independent regenerative medicine study underwritten by the US Department of Defense discovered an amazing new substance the mimics tropoelastin or the precursor to the body making new elastin.
Since elastin is relatively stable, do we need to make elastin throughout our lives? No! Normally the body stops making elastin once the body reaches maturity soon after puberty. What is the consequence of not being able to make any more elastin after we mature? In two words, aging begins.

TBI researched and developed a protocol using microcurrent called "Elastin Infusion Therapy."TBI scientists have created a unique process to infuse a special formulation of our exclusive active ingredient, Elastatropin®, directly into the skin for maximum anti-aging results. The process, called Iontophoresis Elastin Infusion Therapy™ or Dermalastyl Infusion Therapy, is available only in offices such as chiropractors,  that are Certified Dermalastyl Infusion Centers.Elastatropin is a large molecule that enters the outer skin slowly to work its magic on lines and wrinkles.

Using MCR with DermaLastyl™ prepares the candidate for Infusion Therapy that promotes faster penetration of the protein by eliminating inert skin cells, activating the remaining cells and loosening the bonds between them. In conjunction with licensed professionals we have created a set of procedures that will complement two new products that can be applied only by our certified professionals.

Collagen Infusion Therapy

After trying numerous combinations of products and manufacturers, TBI & AACR has discovered the most effective method to infuse collagen is a 4-step process.

Two steps utilize products from the TBI exclusive Elastin Infusion Therapy system and two products from TBI's Canadian Partner Collagenna Skincare.

We infuse the skin using microcurrent and MCR with Dermalastyl, followed by Chaperone cream to help absorption, exclusive Penta Peptide, ending with 100% pure marine Collagen.

Native soluble collagen of type I +, pure to 99.7%, is the most abundant collagen in the human body: it accounts for 90% of collagen. The skin is composed of 75% collagen of type I.

The native soluble collagen gel of type I liquefies at 34º C in order to penetrate in the pores of the skin and thus to provide a significant soluble native collagen inflow which has the following effects on the skin: reduces wrinkles, ultra hydrating, improves skin tone, helps healing, supports the growth of the cells of the skin, procures a bright and radiant complexion, gives ultra smooth and soft skin.

COLLAGEN
Collagen is a fibrous glycoprotein that can be compared to a re-enforcement. Collagen is a particularly representative structural protein which fashion organisms by contributing to their structure. Collagen is the most abounding protein of the organism. That fibrous protein, collagen, is most abundant in humans: it represents about one quarter (25 %) of weight. Collagen is notably essential in the process of healing. In aging, the body make less and less collagen.

TWO (2) FORMS OF COLLAGEN
: Collagen comes in two forms: Soluble collagen
• Lots of water.
• Lots of tiny micro fibers.
• Specially used for derma-cares applications giving a beneficial effects on the mature skin by substitution of insoluble collagen.
Insoluble collagen
• Much less water.
• Larger fibers.
• Not recommended for derma-care applications because it does not penetrate stratum corneum.

COLLAGEN TYPE I:
Collagen is a protein composed of three polypeptide linked Epidermal cell's chains. These three chains can combined themselves in different ways. In fact, we should refer to "collagens", and not about the collagen. Every type of collagen has its own structure and finds itself in particular organs.
Collagen type I is the most abundant collagen in the human body; it represents 90 % of the collagen. Collagen type I intervenes in the formation of the skin, of sinews (tendons), of bones, the cornea and the internal organs.
FUNCTION OF SOLUBLE NATIVE COLLAGEN TYPE I:
In derma-care applications, the soluble collagen type I is not specifically an active Soluble active collagen type I
ingredient but it acts true growth factors release which causes the proliferation of epidermis cells.

Peptide Serum  Peptides (from the Greek pept?d?a, "small digestibles") are short polymers formed from the linking, in a defined order, of a-amino acids. The link between one amino acid residue and the next is known as an amide bond or a peptide bond.
Proteins are polypeptide molecules (or consist of multiple polypeptide subunits). The distinction is that peptides are short (also called “small proteins”) and polypeptides/proteins are long. There are several different conventions to determine these, all of which have caveats and nuances.

Amino acids
Amino acids are the basic structural building units of proteins. They form short polymer chains called peptides or longer chains called either polypeptides or proteins. The process of such formation from an mRNA template is known as translation, which is part of protein biosynthesis. Twenty amino acids are encoded by the standard genetic code and are called proteinogenic or standard amino acids. Other amino acids contained in proteins are usually formed by post-translational modification, which is modification after translation in protein synthesis. These modifications are often essential for the function or regulation of a protein (collagen and other proteins).

PROFESSIONAL PEPTIDE SERUM
The natural serum of peptides and hyaluronic acid is a combination of:  Peptides: small chains of amino acids which are the base structural units of  collagen;
· Hyaluronic acid: one of the principal components of the extracellular matrix which contributes to the proliferation of the cells of the skin.
The natural serum of peptides and hyaluronic acid prepares the cells to receive the Collagenna Soluble Native Collagen. The serum has the following effects on the skin:
· Ultra hydrating
· Nourishes and regenerates ells
· Reduce redness
· Make complexion uniform
· Helps repair tissue
· Increases elasticity
· Stimulates collagen production
